Board Member Election 3Q 2023

From Susan Craig, CKT HOA President:

First and foremost, we’d like to thank William Holland for his tireless commitment to the board, and to our neighborhood. He has served in numerous capacities, whenever and wherever it was needed. We have invited William to stay on in an Advisory position, where he has graciously accepted. Thank you, Bill!

We’d also like to thank all board members, past, present and future. Volunteering personal time and effort, in the spirit of continuous community improvement, can be both challenging and rewarding. Thank you, board members!!

This brings us to the current issue of having 2 open positions on the board. The CKT HOA will hold an election for 2 new Board Members, currently targeted to be held no later than the end of the third quarter of 2023.

Many homeowners have asked about what specific tasks and/or skill sets are required for each position. We’ll be adding more information to the website and social media sites in an effort to pull back the curtain and show you what it’s all about. New Candidate Information:

Wendi Randall – I am a married mother of 3 teenagers. I have lived in CKT for 7 years and my husband for 4 before that. I manage a print shop and distribution center warehouse. I am a US Navy veteran, and recently graduated with my Master of Science in Accounting. For fun, I like to hang with my kids, crochet and play video games.
