The Board held an emergency Special Board Meeting at 6:45pm on Thursday, April 1, 2021 to address the critical situation resulting from Georgetown Utility Systems disconnection of the remaining functioning street lights that occurred the morning of April 1, 2021. The meeting minutes are available here.

The Board of Directors called a Special Board Meeting on March 19th, 2021 to discuss immediate remedies and assignments for the banking situation. The minutes for this meeting can be found here.

On February 20th an election was held to install a new Board of Directors for the Crystal Knoll Terrace Homeowners Association. The final count was announced on February 26th.
